Comprehensive Hospice Consultation

Our Hospice Care Consultation provides a uniquely focused space and time for reflection and planning. A one to two-hour at-home visit, where we delve deep into your pet’s medical history, quality-of-life concerns, crafting a personalized hospice plan to ensure pain-free comfort and dignity through their final days. An initial reiki healing experience and targeted accupuncture session is included. Expect a comprehensive month-long medical management plan and enjoy peace of mind with one month of unlimited communication with your doctor via text or email. Travel fees are additional and dependent on distance.

Follow up at-home visits are not included and are an additional cost per visit. Cost is dependent on follow up care options including acupuncture, end of life consultation, and medications as needed.
